With a background rooted in real estate, leadership, and service, Lyn has seen firsthand how overwhelming senior transitions can be for families, and how often they are left to navigate those decisions without clear guidance.
Her approach is grounded in compassion, clarity, and a deep respect for the emotional weight of these moments.

That experience led to a deeper understanding of what is missing, and what is possible.
Todd’s role focuses on the development side of this vision, including the exploration and creation of residential models that reflect the level of care, dignity, and environment families are truly seeking.
